Domestic Returns

We believe that returns should be stress free, which is why we want to provide you with a return shipping label at no additional cost. Print it out, attach it to the package you are returning, and send it off – free of charge.

Returns are only eligible for purchases through our direct website, maileg.com. The item(s) must be unused and in its original condition, accompanied with the original Maileg product packaging and tags. So basically, in the state you received them.

Once your order has been delivered, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact support@maileg.com and we will relay your return shipping label via email. *All purchases must be returned within 90 days of receiving your order.

We do not allow our authorized retailers to sell Maileg product through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other third party marketplace. Therefore, we will not honor any return requests or accept warranty claims associated with these sales channels.

Maileg will not honor any return requests or accept any warranty claims for items purchased through an overseas retailer.

Canadian Returns

This is where things can get a little tricky. Canadian orders are not eligible for complimentary return shipping, due to Customs restrictions.

All packages being returned to Maileg from outside the United States must be marked on the OUTSIDE of the box as “Return of Merchandise” to avoid additional taxes, customs/duties, and brokerage fees being assessed. Any paperwork filled out for the return shipment should also indicate that the “Return of Merchandise” was previously purchased from Maileg along with the date of the original purchase. This will eliminate any confusion that it is a return for which customs/duties/taxes have already been paid for.

Maileg North America only ships to the United States and Canada.

Orders shipping within the domestic United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, are eligible for Free Shipping with no minimum required. This service will be determined by the weight of your package and could take up to 7 business days to receive once shipped, depending on the final destination (we ship from Alpharetta, GA).

Puerto Rico and Military addresses are not included in our free shipping offer and subject to shipping charges.

All other eligible shipping services and rates will be calculated at checkout. The calculated rates shown from USPS are just anticipated delivery times and not guaranteed.

*PO BOXES can only receive USPS shipments and will be returned if a UPS service is selected at checkout.

We encourage you to select a UPS expedited shipping service if you need by a specific date.

All orders with Expedited shipping services placed after 12:00pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Orders placed between Friday 12:00pm EST – Sunday will ship out the following week. We do not process orders over the weekend.
